In a neighborhood known for its beautiful, no-two-alike homes, it’s not surprising Madison Park would be home to a beautiful interiors shop filled with one-of-a-kind finds. Gray & Gray Home is a treasure trove for those seeking unique décor items to add dimension and personality to their spaces. The shop offers a rich mix of French and Italian antiques, custom pillows in Fortuny fabrics, Florentine boxes, lamps, mirrors, and other interesting items that are a departure from the generic accessories found in traditional home furnishing stores.  

In addition to attending local auctions, owner Debra Gray heads to France and Italy twice a year to procure out-of-the-ordinary items for the shop. “Each one has a story to tell,” she says. Debra brings in new treasures every week – and, with them, repeat customers eager to see what’s in store. Says one: “This is one of my favorite shops in Seattle. The constant rotating collection makes it worth visiting every weekend.” Gray & Gray Home is especially popular during the holiday season due to its vintage decorations and lovely handmade items.

Debra runs the store with the help of her “dear friend” Dottie Pearson. The two Madison Park residents met through their children several decades ago. You’ll find Debra in the store on Tuesdays, Dottie on Wednesdays. Debra describes the shop as her “feel-good place” – and her customers agree. “Thank you for having this store” is a sentiment she hears often.

Gray & Gray Home also provides interior design services (including art selection and procurement, color and paint selection, furniture customization, and full house design) as well as estate sale services.
