#11 BUS ROUTE

I wish I had more definitive answers for the community about how Madison Park bus scheduling and routing will change over the coming year. The construction on Madison has impacted many routes and once that is completed, the City will reconfigure several of the previous routes- including our #11 bus route.

Friends has reached out to the City and here is the update received from King County Metro. We encourage neighbors to reach out to Metro with your input on the projected revisions before all is finalized.

“Collecting input on the proposed options we shared in phase two wrapped up in September and our team is currently evaluating the online survey and in-person feedback we received. We will share an update with the public on what we heard during the second phase of engagement and next steps later this year or in early 2024. Community members can still reference our project website to view what we learned in phase one and how community feedback influenced our decision making for phase two. Including the proposed options we shared in phase two and all the maps from both engagment phases.
