Windermere Madison Park

One of the many things to be grateful for this holiday season: the many businesses who support our community and make Madison Park such a fun place to live. One long-time supporter is Windermere Madison Park who delights families by providing complimentary Santa photos at our annual Christmas Ships event.  

The boutique-style real estate office opened in the early 1980s, originally occupying space across the street, above the current Starbucks. In 1982, then-owners April and Steve Kieburtz purchased the house in which the office now resides. Although it’s been remodeled several times, it retains its original residential charm. (Be sure and check out the two rare specimen Hollywood Junipers that grace the front corners of the garden.) 

Windermere Madison Park is home to more than 35 of  Seattle’s most experienced real estate brokers. Over the years, there have been just three branch managers. Current manager Dave Hale has been overseeing operations in Madison Park since 1994. In addition, two of the office’s longest tenured employees have, together, been keeping the office running smoothly for over 25 years. 

Windermere continues to be very involved in the Madison Park community. Each year, it hosts a community paper shredding event and participates in the Art Walk. This past summer it also sponsored the opening night of Music in the Park, hosting Buena Vibra and some fantastic salsa dancers.
