Our Neighborhood Meeting is this next Monday April 29th from 6:30-8 at the Bathhouse.

Please Attend!!!!!

We will have information on a number of projects, events, issues and needs that impact us all.

*Our Beautify Madison Park Campaign is getting underway and we are hoping to install 10 new flowering planters in May/June. Learn more details and the help that is needed to make this happen.

*Our Community Center Exploratory Committee has some BIG news and will be making some BIG decisions coming up and we need wide input on next steps. Come, ask questions and learn more. We are also looking to expand our numbers on this Committee.

*Mayor Harrell’s One Seattle Plan has recently been released and we are gathering information on how that might impact Madison Park. Come for updates on what we are learning.

We need VOLUNTEERS in return for free tickets:

25 volunteers needed for our Garden Tour- to welcome people to the featured gardens and help with check in. A two hour shift gets you a free ticket for the tour. Garden Tour is Saturday May 18 from 10-3. Volunteer here.

10 volunteers needed for Second Chance Prom- a 2 hour shift, gets you a free ticket to the event. Saturday, June 1 from 7-11. Help needed for set-up/teardown and during the event. Volunteer here.

25 volunteers needed for the Children’s Parade and Picnic on Saturday July 13th from 12-2. Volunteer here. Details Coming Soon!

SPRING CLEAN DAY: A SUCCESS STORY.

This past Saturday, close to 50 neighbors volunteered in our Business District, at the Madison Park North Beach and at the Prospect Preserve Street End to weed, rake, sweep and clean our neighborhood. Thank you SO much to each and every volunteer who pitched in. We will plan to do more so be on the lookout for a chance to join in.
