In 2023, in a matter of 6 months from its inception- 210 Neighbors, 50 Businesses, and 37 Board and Committee Chairs donated their time, their money and in-kind support to help Friends of Madison Park become a sustainable, vibrant neighborhood association.
We are building a list of supporters to help recognize everyone who helped this organization take flight.
Our appreciation is immense; our plans for growth and desire to reach EVERYONE in our community in the year ahead are as strong as ever.

KIDS TOY AND BOOK SWAP
This Friday, January 19th, drop off up to 20 clean toys and books at McGilvra Elementary School Cafeteria 2:30-6:30.
Saturday, January 20th, “shop” for “new” toys and books 9:00-Noon. Donate children’s clothing in our Wellspring bins. More Details can be found HERE.
NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Monday, January 29th, 6:30-8:00 at the Madison Park Bathhouse.
Join us to learn about events planned for 2024 and how you can be involved. Learn more about steps to bring a Farmer’s Market to Madison Park. And updates on creating a Community Center and Business Area improvements. The Directors of MLK FAME Community Center and Wellspring Family Services will also speak about their organizations. TUESDAY TED TALK
Tuesday, February 13th, 7:00-8:30 at the Madison Park Bathhouse. Register to hear AI expert Salla Eckhardt speak on Artificial Intelligence, its benefits and pitfalls and what to expect in the future. $15 registration fee, available online or at the door. EASTER EGG HUNT
Never too early to be thinking of the next holiday. Mark you calendar for Saturday, March 30th, 10:00-Noon in Madison Park playground. Easter egg hunt, face paintings, crafts, music, goodies and more. Details coming soon.
