About the Events and Projects
TOY AND KIDS’ CLOTHING SWAP JANUARY 19/20
Volunteer to help:
Collect toy and book items.
Set up on Friday January 19 from 2:30-6:30.
Help process swaps at the event on Saturday January 20th 8:30-12:30
Help break down the event from 12:30 to 2pm
Location: McGilvra Elementary School Cafeteria.

EASTER EGG HUNT, SATURDAY MARCH 30, 2024
Volunteer for prep and set up of Easter Egg Hunt, games, treats, petting zoo.

Volunteer to help organize monthly Saturday morning music event for kids. 10 Volunteers Needed
Volunteer to help plan a Second Chance Spring Prom for 2024.

BEAUTIFY MADISON PARK APRIL 20, 2024
Volunteer to help beautify Madison Park on Spring Clean Day on April 20th. Volunteer to help with the campaign to raise funds for planters and benches in the business district.
Volunteer for regular maintenance of our neighborhood, business area and road end parks.

Volunteer to help organize a neighborhood wide yard sale.
Estimated Timing: May or June 2024.

Volunteer to be a guide on the day of the tour.

Volunteer to help organize/facilitate a farmer’s market for the neighborhood.

Volunteer to help organize and participate in prep ahead of the event, games and activities that day.
